Fits Smith & Wesson K or L Frame Revolvers with the 3 factory pre drilled 6-48 holes in the top strap. With the frame form cut the base fits perfectly for uniform look. This also needs to be a pinned front sight model to accept the new front sight needed with this rear sight.

If your revolver doesn't have the pre drilled holes consult your gunsmith to see if they can be added.
